BCPL → WebAssembly

PNG/JPEG/etc. decoded to RGBA; any other file kept as raw bytes (WAD, .bin, etc.). Reach from BCPL via sys(Sys_assetload, "name", info_vec) — info!1 = 0 signals a binary blob and info!0 holds its byte length.
